 14 martyrs and the ascension of a Jerusalem martyr deported to Gaza, (286) arrests, (18) demolitions, and (2826) settlers stormed the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa-mosque during the month of November 2023

The public relations and media unit in Al-Quds governorate issued its report for the month of November 2023, on the crimes of the Israeli occupation in Al-Quds governorate, summarizing the total violations observed in the neighborhoods and towns of the governorate.
Martyrs and the file of bodies detained by the occupation:
During November 2023, 14 martyrs were martyred in the Jerusalem governorate, including 4 children, in addition to three of them from Hebron governorate, and a liberated Jerusalemite prisoner deported to the Gaza Strip was also martyred.
During the month of November, the occupation detained the bodies of 4 martyrs, namely: the young Nabil Halabiya, the child Mohammed Farukh, the two brothers Ibrahim and Murad Nimr.
Until the end of November 2023, the occupation authorities are still detaining the bodies of 34 holy martyrs in the occupation refrigerators and cemeteries
Targeting national figures:
During the month of November, the occupation authorities continued their violations against the governor of Jerusalem, Adnan Ghaith.
on November 14, the occupation forces stormed Ghaith's house in Silwan, occupied Jerusalem.
On November 16, the so-called minister of the interior of the occupation ordered to begin the procedures of "withdrawing the blue identity" of the two Jerusalemite prisoners Majid Al-Jabba and Rashid Al-rishk under the pretext of "belonging to banned organizations," it is reported that Al-Jabba and Al-rishk have been subjected to several arrests and prosecutions for years.
Settler attacks:
During November, the Jerusalem governorate monitored about (4) attacks by settlers. on November 6, a number of settlers attacked lands belonging to the Armenian Patriarchate in Occupied Jerusalem, estimated at (11 thousand meters), and the residents of the neighborhood confronted them and removed them from the land
Injuries:
During November, the Jerusalem governorate monitored the injuries resulting from the use of excessive force by the occupation forces against Jerusalemites in various parts of the occupied capital. (22) injuries were detected as a result of live and rubber-coated metal bullets and severe beatings by the occupation forces, in addition to hundreds of cases of gas suffocation.
Crimes against Al-Aqsa Mosque:
During November of the year 2023, 2826 settlers and 694 foreigners under the name of tourism (through the Israeli Ministry of Tourism) stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque with tight protection from heavily armed special occupation forces.
Arrests made:
During November 2023, about (286) arrests of citizens were monitored in all areas of the Jerusalem governorate, including 16 children and 13 women.
Decisions of the occupation courts:
The occupation courts impose unfair decisions against detainees, ranging from issuing actual prison sentences, imposing house arrest, in addition to deportation decisions and heavy fines, in addition to extending the detention of a large number of detainees for many months without clear charges being brought against them.
1.?Sentences of actual imprisonment
During November 2023, the racist occupation courts issued (25) de facto prison sentences against Jerusalemite prisoners, including (19) administrative detention sentences "that is, without clearly specifying the charge against them," in addition to imposing very heavy financial fines that increase the suffering of their families.
2.?Decisions on home detention
During November, 16 house arrest decisions issued by the occupation authorities against Jerusalemite citizens were monitored.
3.?Deportation decisions
In November 2023, the occupation authorities issued two deportation orders.
Demolition and dredging operations
During November 2023, the number of demolitions in the Jerusalem governorate reached (18) operations, of which (9) were forced self-demolitions and (9) demolitions carried out by occupation mechanisms, in addition to one bulldozing operation.
The demolitions carried out by the occupation mechanisms included: a house, two residential rooms, an apartment building under construction, a horse shed and a fence.
Decisions on demolition, forced eviction and land confiscation:
During the first week of November, the occupation authorities handed over a number of demolition decisions in the town of Silwan in Occupied Jerusalem, the occupation forces stormed the family home of the Jerusalemite prisoner Imad abbaisan "Abbasi" and handed the family demolition decisions for shops belonging to the prisoner.
In the Al-Bustan neighborhood of Silwan in Occupied Jerusalem, the occupation municipality handed over demolition orders for several houses.
Takeover attempts
In an attempt to secure the settlers ' seizure of the land of the "cow Park", which is used as a parking lot for vehicles, the occupation forces stormed the Armenian neighborhood on November 16, and on November 30, the occupation forces removed the young Armenian Jerusalemite sitrak Balian (15) days from the land of the "cow Park" in the Armenian neighborhood inside the Old City wall of Occupied Jerusalem, threatened with diversion in favor of the settlers, due to a complaint from a settler.
Violations against prisoners
Release of prisoners from Jerusalem
The occupation authorities have released 79 Jerusalemite prisoners, including 24 women and 55 children (between 14 and 18 years old), as part of a prisoner exchange deal with the Palestinian resistance in Gaza.
The deal included the release of the wounded child, who was under house arrest, Abdul Rahman zaghl (14 years old), the youngest prisoner, Ahmed Nawaf Salaima (14 years old) from Ras al-Amud, and the youngest prisoner, nethouf Hammad (16 years old) from Sheikh Jarrah, in addition to Jerusalemite women with high sentences, such as: Israa Jaabis, Merah Bakir, Shurooq dawayat, Fadwa Hamada, Amani Hashim, Nurhan Awad, the deal also included the release of the two and Khadija khois.
During the days of the deal, the occupation intelligence called the families of the prisoners to be released to come to the occupation police station "rooms 4", and upon arrival, their IDs and mobile phones are detained, and then they are offered the conditions for the release of their children, among the conditions: not to gather, not to raise flags and banners, not to fire prisoners and female captives are provided with a financial guarantee in case of breaking the conditions, which is an amount of 70 thousand shekels .
Violations against Holy institutions and monuments
Targeting educational institutions in Jerusalem
The occupation authorities continue to target educational institutions in Jerusalem and tighten the noose on Jerusalemite students, whether by search, arrest or incitement in the corridors of the occupation Knesset. During the month of November, members of the occupation Knesset incited during a session against Jerusalemite school students, describing them as "murderers roaming the streets", that students under the age of 12 are "potential saboteurs", and that the education system in East Jerusalem is "a bloody system and a monster that will wake up at any time".
During the meeting, the head of the post police station of the occupation (Kedem) also called for the intensification of the punishment of minors and teenagers in Jerusalem, and not just home detention.
The so-called Education Committee in the Knesset of the occupation agreed to pass a list of the names of schools that they consider to be inflammatory.
It was also called for imposing a punishment of thirty years of captivity on every holy teacher who "practices incitement. This incitement came under the supervision of Knesset member Amit Halevi and other members of the far-right in Occupied Jerusalem.
During the month of November, the occupation authorities also closed the Al-Aqsa Islamic school and kindergarten for a week, and arrested the school principal along with one of the students after assaulting and searching him, under the pretext of the presence of the word "Hamas" on one of the walls, and the occupation demanded the school administration to paint all the walls of the school, not just the wall on which the word was written, and threatened the school staff if he spoke to the media about the closure.
On November 7, the occupying forces forced school students to get off the buses and searched them at the entrance to the town of Issawiya in Occupied Jerusalem.
On November 8, the Israeli occupation forces attacked a woman and her child during the Storming of the Shuafat camp north of Occupied Jerusalem.

On November 16, the occupation forces arrested a graduate student at Birzeit University, "Fairuz Salama" from the town of Anata, after breaking into her residence and destroying its contents in the town of Birzeit, north of Ramallah.
On November 6, the occupation forces stormed the Rashidiya School, arrested 3 of its students, assaulted some students and administrative staff, and summoned one of the teachers for investigation.
On November 18, the occupation forces targeted the "Isawiya boys" school with gas and sound bombs, where some students suffered cases of suffocation, fractures,
shrapnel and panic, while the students were present in the square, field treatment was provided to dozens of them, some teachers were also injured, two fractures were recorded for two students, and several injuries were transferred for treatment in the hospital.
Obliteration of the holy city landmarks:
On November 23, Israeli municipal crews hung Israeli flags on the fence of the Yosef cemetery near Bab al-Asbat Road in Occupied Jerusalem. It is noteworthy that since the seventh of October, the occupation has massively deployed and hung its flags in Occupied Jerusalem in an unprecedented way.
Holy institutions:
On November 2, the occupying forces stormed Al-Makassed Hospital in Occupied Jerusalem, and arrested 11 Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, who were accompanying patients from the Strip, who were present at Al-Makassed Hospital for treatment, and a person from Ramallah, under the pretext of "illegal presence in Jerusalem," and after an investigation for hours released most of the detainees.
On November 3, the occupation forces stormed the Al-Rayyan printing press in the Qalandia camp north of Occupied Jerusalem, and the occupation forces arrested its owner, Muhannad Al-Rayyan, and sentenced him to administrative imprisonment.
Violations against journalists
On November 2, the occupation police imposed severe violations on the vehicle of photojournalist Abdul Karim Darwish from the town of Beit Hanina in Occupied Jerusalem, coinciding with his undergoing a trial, and then released him on the condition of two weeks of house arrest and financial bail.
On November 3, the occupation forces arrested the photojournalist Hamza naaji while performing his journalistic work in Wadi al-Joz in Occupied Jerusalem, and then released him on the condition of house arrest for five days and confiscation of his mobile phone.
On November 17, the occupation forces attacked the Turkish TRT crew during their coverage of the suppression of worshippers in Occupied Jerusalem, and the occupation forces also arrested the Jerusalem photojournalist Abdul amnesty Bassam zghir.
